We are blessed that Community Cares Family Shelter is adjacent to our church and Grace Place Garden and Ministry Center. The relationships which we have found and developed over these past 4 years have changed our lives. It is our deep hope that we can continue to expand our reach into this community where we can help people move from surviving to thriving, as they, with support from us and many other organizations and people, can build sustainable lives which allow for a stable family life.
