Each month we are so blessed to offer a good home-cooked meal to our friends and neighbors who come to us as part of the ecumenical Community Meal Program and who come to be fed in many ways. We offer them food as well as companionship, a safe place to relax and enjoy the company of others, our prayerful conversations with them, and most of all our friendship. And of course, as with so much else we do when we truly give of ourselves, we find our lives are so much richer by the relationships we are forming.
We offer this meal to our community on the first and second Monday of each month. We generally serve about 55-75 meals.
If anyone would like to volunteer to help, please contact Mike Stitt or Mother Barbara.
