Spiritual Formation Events
We’re calling it “Coffee Hour for Kids” and it will be a weekly gathering of our young people, to include all ages, as they pray together, study scripture, engage in a spiritual practice, sing their hearts out, learn about the Way of Love, create with craft, know more about the Episcopal Church and engage in outreach activities. It’s every week and it will be creative and fun, while our young people learn and grow in their faith. Always from 11:15…
Weekly Sunday School for children from 2-6 years old.
Our young people will learn about our holy scriptures and then how they impact and inform their lives. This will be a life-changing experience for them, for we expect they will find Christ in their midst.
Join us each week for a time of learning, fun, and music, which draws it all together!
This is a time to learn more about you and your relationship with God among friends. All are welcome to join us anytime!
Join with others to find that still and quiet voice of God.
A service of silence, song, and contemplation.
Join us as we gather at St. Thomas in Lancaster to learn more about How2charist — an interactive instructional Eucharist that will draw us deeper into the mystery of this sacrament and explain why we do what we do. This is part of our engagement with The Way of Love, an initiative of the Episcopal Church helping us to develop our spiritual lives. Let’s do this together as a family parish. All are welcome!
Join others as we prepare our young people for Confirmation.
This is the day we celebrate St. Francis, who, in addition to his love of animals, is known for his vow of poverty and walking with those who “have not”. He was a leader in the efforts we continue today with the care of creation and social justice action. Special prayers and focus on working together to help others.
Come and learn the reasons behind why we do what we do when during our Holy Eucharist.
